Pertubuhan Kebajikan Rumah Kasih Jing Yuan relies on public donations to support patients, enabling them to alleviate the financial burden and find peace during their illness. Therefore, those who wish to stay at the Pertubuhan Kebajikan Rumah Kasih Jing Yuan must meet the following requirements:

1. How can I apply for admission?

(1.1) A referral letter from the Hospital Welfare Department (Jabatan Kerja Social Perubatan).

(1.2) Referral from Hospice Malaysia / Kasih Hospice.

(1.3) Submission of individual cases, with priority given to homeless individuals, those living alone, singles, and impoverished families.

After applying, the coordinator or volunteers from Pertubuhan Kabajikan Rumah Kasih Jing Yuan will visit the hospital to care for the patient and their family or conduct a home visit. Upon team review and approval, the family will be informed of the admission date.

2. Target beneficiaries (priority given to homeless individuals, those living alone, singles, and impoverished families):

(2.1) Setapak Long-Term Care / Palliative Care Center - For terminally ill cancer patients, long-term bedridden cerebral palsy, stroke patients, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), and coma patients.

(2.2) Pandan Indah Stroke Center - For semi-self-care or non-self-care stroke patients.

(2.2.1) Stroke patients recover within a specific time limit - Those above 60 years old will be referred to nursing homes or taken care of by family members at home.

Note: We do not admit patients with HIV, tuberculosis (TB), or severe contagious diseases.

3. Admission requirements:

(3.1) Referral letter from the hospital or Hospice Malaysia / Kasih Hospice.

(3.2) All post-life arrangements will be handled by Pertubuhan Kebajikan Rumah Kasih Jing Yuan. If the patient has signed organ or body donation documents, they must be submitted to Kebajikan Rumah Kasih Jing Yuan for record and safekeeping.

(3.3) Special cases will be handled on an individual basis.

4. After approval, how can patients get to Kebajikan Rumah Kasih Jing Yuan?

(4.1) Hospital ambulance service.

(4.2) Arrangement by family or friends for transportation.

(4.3) Kebajikan Rumah Kasih Jing Yuan can also arrange transportation.
